In this blog, I will provide you with the step-by-step process to access, register and attend the GHW, before accessing and registering, it is important to know about GHW, Its Purpose, who conducted it and what benefits you will get from it. without wasting time let’s get started
🌍What is GHW and Who conducted it?
GHW i.e. Global Hack Week an online sequence of hackathons, launched in the year 2023 it comes with new themes every month and is conducted for a week. Here you can learn new technical skills, attend live sessions and connect with other enthusiasts. It is conducted by the MLH (Major League Hacking) the official student hackathon league that conducts multiple hackathons(in-person & online), Fellowship and coding challenges to empower students and developers throughout the world. While attending the week hackers can make networks within the community by following the MLH Discord Channel.

📝How to register for GHW
To register for Global Hack Week we have to go to the official website at GHW⚡ and click on the register button see the below image.
Now when clicking on the register button, you will be redirected to the event page for registration and Login see the below image👇.
Now click on the login & Register button, then you will be again redirected to the user registration page see the below image of that form👇.
Fill out all your information and click on the signup button, after signup. Hit click sign-in button, enter the email & password and login in, then click on the register button for event registration. Now it will look similar to your theme in an image 👇(I use Data Week for reference)

📅Schedules in the Week
Schedules give you the overview of the week about the Opening and Closing ceremony sessions and live technical and non-technical sessions. On which day will happen give in brief about the session, its timing and the registration form. see the below image
You can check everyday information by clicking on this Day buttons👇
Note : After registration of every events , you have to check in for that event by just going to that registration page and hit check in, then only your progress will be count , after that you can simply attend the live session(At twitch or Youtube)
🎁GHW Swags
After attending Global Hack Week, you will get an email regarding which swags you will get and other checked-in events and challenges you can complete throughout the week.
Make sure you've checked into the event by joining the MLH Community Discord Server, submitting an address at hackp.ac/Address, and finishing all of our registration challenges to receive the basic swag(a sticker pack & postcard)
GHW gives hackers some extra stickers swag who are able to complete at least five live sessions, see the image of stickers hackers will get👇
To obtain swag Your letters should arrive in the US one to two weeks after they are sent. That is about four to six weeks following the hackathon.
Letters sent from outside the US are expected to arrive three to four weeks after they are sent. It may be up to six or eight weeks following the incident.
